The ING Magyar Nagydij Hungarian Formula One Grand 2010 will be held in the beautiful city of Budapest.
At the great news is that it is very likely to be hot and sunny at this time of the european summer. We only had one wet race in 2006 since the Grand Prix was established 1986.
- A major coup by Bernie Ecclestone, the 1986 Hungarian Grand Prix was the first Formula One race to take place behind the Iron Curtain. Held at the twisty Hungaroring near Budapest, the race has been a solid appearence since on the F1 racing calendar.
- Today, the support of international racing fans is still very enthusiastic, particularly from Finns and Polish guests supporting Robert Kubic and Kimi Raikkonen. Britons will however feel very pleased visiting the stunning and very relaxed city of Budapest in European summer. A great time to witness some F1 race action.
- One of the great cities of Central Europe, Budapest is poised culturally and geographically between East and West. Part of some of history’s grandest empires, the city reflects both the exotic beauty of its past and the fast-forward pulse of today.
- Spanning the storied River Danube, it is an enchanting destination with monumental architecture, ancient spas, cobblestone streets and bustling promenades. Thermal baths, the castle and many other summer attractions and festvals can be visited using our expert local tour guides.
Arrive with style. On Friday, Saturday and Sunday of the Formula One weekend we are pleased to offer helicopter transfers between Budapest (Dravá u.) or the airport (Ferihegy) to the Hungaroring, and back. We have contracted corporate rates making the whoe trip and experience well worth the investment.
